Cancellation
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours preceding the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.
Deposits & Payments
To secure your appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee. The deposit reserves your appointment. No deposit - no appointment. Final payment must be made in cash only. Please bring exact cash as I do not carry spare change.
Rescheduling
We have a 24 hour reschedule policy with no exceptions. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. ONE reschedule allowed. Second will result in an add additional deposit.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. A 10 minute grace period will be given, but after this your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
